प्रस्तावित डेटा और बहुउद्देशीय कार्ड का डिजिटल संग्रह

गृह मंत्रालय ने आधार, बैंक खातों, पासपोर्ट और ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस जैसी सभी उपयोगिताओं वाले नागरिकों के लिए एक बहुउद्देशीय पहचान पत्र को लागू करने का निर्णय लिया है। उन्होंने भारत में जनगणना के 140 साल के इतिहास में पहली बार घोषणा की, डेटा को एक मोबाइल ऐप के माध्यम से एकत्र करने का प्रस्ताव है और जो लोग डोर-टू-डोर गिनती करते हैं, उन्हें अपने स्वयं के फोन का उपयोग करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा।
• 2021 की जनगणना में पहली बार राष्ट्रीय जनसंख्या रजिस्टर (NPR) भी तैयार किया जा रहा है। एनपीआर देश के उन सामान्य निवासियों की सूची है जो असम के राष्ट्रीय नागरिक रजिस्टर (एनआरसी) के पैन-इंडिया संस्करण के लिए आधार हो सकते हैं। जनगणना की कवायद के साथ एनपीआर के लिए आंकड़े भी जुटाए जाएंगे।
मुख्य विचार:
• जनगणना 2021 के दौरान, डेटा के डिजिटल संग्रह को मोबाइल ऐप के माध्यम से अपनाया जाएगा। ऐप को डेटा एकत्र करने और एंड्रॉइड फोन में स्वदेशी रूप से विकसित किया जा रहा है।
• आगामी जनगणना प्रक्रिया के दौरान नवीनतम तकनीकी विकास का उपयोग एक क्रांतिकारी पहल है क्योंकि इस प्रक्रिया में, लोग स्वयं और परिवार के विवरण को नए विकसित मोबाइल ऐप पर स्वयं अपलोड कर पाएंगे।
• जनगणना 2021 के आंकड़े देश की भविष्य की योजना, विकास की पहल और कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के लिए आधार बनेंगे ताकि भारत की कुल 130 करोड़ आबादी इससे लाभान्वित हो। इसलिए, लोगों की संपूर्ण भागीदारी व्यायाम की सफलता के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है।
• केंद्र सरकार ने मोबाइल फोन एप्लिकेशन के माध्यम से 2021 की जनगणना करने का भी निर्णय लिया है। की राशि रु। भारत की पहली डिजिटल जनगणना पर 12,000 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होंगे।
• हर 10 साल में गृह मंत्रालय के अधीन कार्यरत रजिस्ट्रार जनरल और जनगणना आयुक्त, भारत की अरब से अधिक आबादी के विभिन्न पहलुओं को गिनने के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर अभ्यास करते हैं।
• जनगणना की आधिकारिक संदर्भ तिथि 1 मार्च, 2021 है और हिम सीमा से लगे हिमाचल प्रदेश, उत्तराखंड और हिमाचल प्रदेश के लिए 1 अक्टूबर, 2020 होनी है। कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने वाले अधिकारियों का प्रशिक्षण 14 अक्टूबर से शुरू होना है। , 2019. 12,000 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से 16 विभिन्न भाषाओं में अभ्यास किया जाना है
• डेटा संग्रह के लिए कुल 33 लाख प्रगणकों को जुटाया जाएगा। प्रगणक वे व्यक्ति होते हैं जो डोर-टूडोर की गिनती का संचालन करते हैं।
• लोगों को उनके विवरणों को ठीक से भरने में सुविधा प्रदान करने के लिए 16 भाषाओं में अभ्यास किया जाएगा।
