Leadership Ethics

"She is a bitch of her won kind, never cares law and order" said US President Richard Nixon to Indian PM Indira Gandhi on Bangladesh war.

"US should not hold claim upon burial of Osama Ji's dead body, it should get Islamic cremation" Dig Vijay Singh on USA's thoughtful burial of Osama Bin Laden's dead body

"It is tiring to be the Goddess of 800 million Indians" said by Indira Gandhi in 1984 slightly before her assiantion in an interview to Pranay Gupte, than CNN editor

"My Muslim brothers do not have slightest right to raise objection upon the demoilation of Babari Masjid as their people have destructed thousands of temple since they invaded India"  Said by Lal Krishna Advani in his auto biography 'My Country My Life'

"I shall only say truth , however bitter it is and how so ever loss I would draw from it" said Mahatma Gandhi before Lord. Mountbatten over Kashmir Dispute

If you just have noticed the thin line above. This thin line is actually what I say 'line of ethics' which a diplomat or a leader should always keep in mind while dealing with his/her follower. Statements mentioned above the thin line are politically objected, thoughtful, intentional and deliberate. The sentence mentioned below the thin line is ethically thoughtful, objected, intentional but not at all deliberate.

For me, I feel it is essential to talk about leadership ethics to my budding leaders. I was reading an interview of chief of Hijbul Mujhiddeen, the Kashmir Extremist outfit from POK. There I got evaluate that the leader have many deep studded convictions about India (both good and bad) to which he just cannot listen or agree upon any contradicting tactic.

I am concerned now for such stances in the future! I have many young friends who are so much influenced by Hindu extremists that they are now spoiling the pluralism of Indian society. I have seen my talented young brothers practicing racial discrimination based upon caste, culture, color of a person. A chinky, a madrasi, a gujjar, a gurkha or a uriya is so much important to them as if his/her education and work ethics are of no value while interacting with them. My worry is, how a young Indian who holds the citizenship of globalized pluralism gets such a detailed information about sub-castes and rural minorities? Naturally, this is a planned and systematic brain-washing of our talented young brothers and sisters.

Systematic Brain Storming, Influencing by tempered knowledge and sparking rage of revenge has become the course curricula of leadership training in Indian leadership.

It is inheritance of leadership which is damaging Indian Identity Worldwide

Major draw back of leadership inheritance
This decade is the last phase of third generation leadership in post liberated India. A politically and economically stable country with five declared wars from Pakistan and China... hundred plus counter insurgency operations and ten plus peace keeping trooper operations. Indian leadership learned a lot from warfare, weaponry advancements, international strategic alliances and economic treaties.... but India should be declared failure in terms of developing pluralism, nurturing civic senses and improving upon human development index. A gross failure, which has kicked us a generation back from our western counterparts.

The main reason is because, Indian leadership got transferred as a dynasty in spite of having well established democratic mechanism. In inheritance of leadership brought very thoughtful conviction of bringing newer technology to Indian barely made any cheering adoptions while dealing with the domestic affairs. This dynastic transfer of leadership wasn't natural but was in installments. First to become the poster boy of party, than to become a catalyses of the party, than take over the election management of the party and finally take seat on the reign of ministry. With utter cautious supervision of senior leaderships which steadily mounted the new leader in old horse...

Practice Totalitarian Approach
While dealing with leadership responsibility, I recommended my dear young blood leaders that we should practice holistic approach while taking up any leadership. Part ownership of a task leads to unpleasant and semi acceptable results. It is quite often, we fail to comply with the stander to time and global competition.

Leadership is all about being bold risk taker... and this is why I strongly manifest that if you are taking risk thank why to ride upon old horse? Why not to think afresh and establish our own identity? This way we will be able to implement more time oriented, globally compatible leaderships. Perhaps this is the only way we will be able to dump terrorism, extremism and regional opportunism to run on fast track development road of this nation!

My letter to Mr. Chetan Bhagat

Sent to bhakti@chetanbhagat.com  as on 26, August 2013, In response to Mr. Bhagat's Article  Sunday Times, 25th August 2013, Indore Edition  Dear Mr. Bhagat, This is awful that a person of your stature is out rightly supporting a cult publicly. Knowing that millions of youth will be influenced by your opinion, you should have behaved more responsibly in public. We know media is sold to Modi and international big brothers want to use Modi cult by giving rest to UPA for at least a term. For international diplomacy BJP & Congress are all alike. While these two national parties will keep wrestling over their core ideologies of being Hindu Nationalists & Secular Nationalists, they will always settle on the economic policies favoring to international markets. They will be ready to provide free flow accessibility of Indian consumers & natural resources to foreign corporate giants. It is sadly termed as a real growth of India. Because if foreign inve...

In capitalizing global economy no one will do charity business, naturally they have profits in mind but if we are opening our doors they are opening theirs too. Stop complaining, grow up! Take the challenge and win!  : Jitendra Verma  In Rajeev Gandhi era when Computers arrived to India, opposition parties claimed 'In a country of Lalten and Bullock-cart where even electricity is a far cry, what computers will do? ' They further extended their protests by provoking poor civilians that ' A computer can do 1000 clerks job which means one computer will cost the job of thousand Indians ' Today computer is the source of livelihood to the population which otherwise could have fighting for Brown Sugar, Cocaine, Opium. 1991 reforms of government had a criticism of bringing economic slavery but we are the witness that the per-capita income of India has grown from INR8109.00 to INR53300.00 per Annum since 1990s to 2012. In 2012 for the first time India wi...
