The murder of 'Idea of India'

The Idea of India never born, it was only conceived. It died well before the coming of labour pain in 1948. The next what happened is what Oxymoron Hindu widely believed about 'Ravana'. They killed him once but they burn its effigy every year; so that they can keep the trauma alive. They celebrate the hypocritical claim that   Golden State of Lanka   was bad and   Dhobis-Idea of Rama Rajya   was great. In 1948 the exact replica of Ramayana happened again! They killed Gandhi, who was endorsing Rama Rajya, and advocated that his assassin Nathuram Ghodse did it for the people. Now the Ghodse is new holy man they want to cheer for. Like they praised Ravana they praise Gandhi and like they revere Ram they revere Ghodse. Well forget Ghodse Ram reverence, here I am trying to explain how wilfully ‘The Idea of India’ was a stillborn. No wonder why no one cries over its corpse. Jawaharlal Nehru once said to Jahangir Tata " Don't use the word profit Jer, I hate that word ...

Who was Bhagat? Why did he Sacrifice?

"Bhagat had a clear vision of implementing real democracy. What congress has done is not a democracy, it is loose ended system to keep power in the possession of their hair apparent" T he negotiated character of a Nation born after Second World War is ironically disputed. The second largest subcontinent of Asia is fragmented into dubious identity tussle. All the claims are either wrong, small or malevolent lest they have any constructive intentions. Apart from Islamic, Hindus and Dalit claims... this tussle of India's ownership is rooted into class struggle. Independence from British Rule negotiated by Congress Party is nothing but is just a change of throne at the center. The peasants are still enslaved and discarded from the mainland governance. What could have been a real liberation of India is only drafted incisively by Bhagat Singh. This is the only reason he is present in the books but not in the policies of governments. The fiasco of Mangal Pandey,...

The Saga of Unnatural Growth of Indian Economy

"Can anything as benign as Green Revolution has any ill-effect? When we were revolutionising the agriculture in one of the world's most fertile land of Haryana and Punjab a factory of pesticide manufacturing called 'Union Carbide' took a million lives in Bhopal gas Tragedy."  By Jitendra Rajaram T he development of mankind is so complex that it is hard to foresee the consequences of even the most thoughtful projects of public administration. In the stroke of midnight of 14th August 1947, India had risen to a new life. The leaders of liberal India were set to draft the fortune of billions deprived human being living in the worlds most strategically significant sub-continent of Asia. They were incisive, determined and honest but were surrounded by the opportunists, needy, greedy and shoddy influencers. The tension between these two lead to a fiasco where we as nation failed! We failed to adopt rigid economic policies. What we did afterwards is merely an...

My letter to Mr. Chetan Bhagat

Sent to bhakti@chetanbhagat.com  as on 26, August 2013, In response to Mr. Bhagat's Article  Sunday Times, 25th August 2013, Indore Edition  Dear Mr. Bhagat, This is awful that a person of your stature is out rightly supporting a cult publicly. Knowing that millions of youth will be influenced by your opinion, you should have behaved more responsibly in public. We know media is sold to Modi and international big brothers want to use Modi cult by giving rest to UPA for at least a term. For international diplomacy BJP & Congress are all alike. While these two national parties will keep wrestling over their core ideologies of being Hindu Nationalists & Secular Nationalists, they will always settle on the economic policies favoring to international markets. They will be ready to provide free flow accessibility of Indian consumers & natural resources to foreign corporate giants. It is sadly termed as a real growth of India. Because if foreign inve...
